As for the pregnancy of Mary, that gets us into another area of thought not relevant to my comments about how in the USA a few decades agao, a pregnancy without benefit of clergy was a scandal, even among Hollywood stars, who now give birth to what used to be called bastards on a regular basis and are given great publicity for us.
